Effect of intensive functional training on indicators of cadets’ physical state

The article is devoted to the study of influence high-intensity functional training according "Crossfit" system on indicators physical development and capabilities cadets who are future officers Airborne Assault Forces Armed Ukraine during process. was conducted at Military Academy (Odesa, Ukraine) Troops Specialist Training Faculty in 2020-2021. 256 male took part study. Two groups were formed: Group 1 (n=40), whose their worked out crossfit section academy, 2 (t=216), current academy did not additionally attend any sports sections. state assessed indicators: body length, weight, hand dynamometry, heart rate, blood pressure, lungs capacity, as well calculated indices. A positive effect cadets’ state, especially 3rd 4th years training, has been established. most pronounced found cardiovascular system, strength qualities. This allows us assert that high level will contribute improvement effectiveness tasks assigned course military professional activities.
